As an orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Gary Fettke had been experiencing some flak within the hospital environment in Tasmania, Australia for advocating dietary change for his diabetic patients to avoid having to amputate their feet, but he never expected to actually get reported.  When the first report to AHPRA came through he and his wife Belinda were gobsmacked.  It was like a slap in the face.  He was being disciplined for helping to heal his patients.  How was that even possible? So Belinda set about trying to understand why.  Not only did she discover a massive conspiracy between the Australian Dietetics Association, the Cereal Industry and his own hospital to silence him, but she also unwittingly came across the truth about the origins of the propaganda that the Plant-Based Diet is superior to one including animal products. They go as far as insisting that it is the only diet and actively campaign for legislation to have animal products banned and even advocate for having animals culled.

And it goes back way further than any of us even imagined.  Way before Ancel Keys and the McGovern Commission.  It dates back to the late 1800's and early 1900's, the 7th Day Adventist Church, the Temperance Movement and a young girl, at the time, named Ellen G. White!  And they don't even deny it.  There is no secret agenda here, it is their mission to advocate the Plant-Based-Diet and they proudly admit to that.

"We are not against the Plant Based Diet", Belinda says, "We are just against people trying to dictate or legislate that we can't eat meat or animal products if we choose to."  After dedicating herself to this research for the last 4 years she is, without question, the leading authority on this subject.
